A gently sheltered site and cool climate encourage slow ripening, leading to lifted aromas of crisp red apple, chalky minerality and subtle hints of citrus zest that speak to the elegance of Sussex terroir.
On the palate, it’s fresh yet refined - vibrant red fruit notes mingle with a fine bead of mousse and a bright, persistent finish.
