Hand crafted in the heart of Provence with a base spirit made from local Provence grapes then aged in amphorae for 6 months. This gin is rich, herbal, has a lovely smooth texture and depth of flavour that comes from the time aged in amphorae; with notes of lime tree flowers, grapefruit, bitter orange skin and, of course, juniper. Beautifully complex and incredible value, this is a firm favourite with both our staff and many of our regulars.

Producer Details
The Domain of Cantarelle was founded in 1974 and developed by the Dieudonné family in the 2000s to became the largest private vineyard of ​​the Coteaux Varois en Provence AOC. The authenticity of the terroir, its colors, its perfumes, its landscapes immediately seduced Pascal Debon who became the owner of the Domain in 2017. A new adventure began with significant investments in the vineyard and in the wine making equipment for even better quality wines.
