Description
Aromas of jam, candied fruit and yellow plum on the nose, with intense aromatic notes of bergamot and blossom. On the palate it is medium dry with flavours of ripe pear and dates, and secondary flavours of white pepper and caraway. A lengthy finish with final notes of hazelnut.

The Schlumberger domains operate and vinify 140 hectares of vines, half of which are spread over 4 Grands Crus, Kitterlé, Kessler, Saering and Spiegel since 1810. Since 2003, the vineyard has been managed according to the principles of sustainable management and, in 2006, 30 hectares were converted to biodynamics.
