Description

HALF BOTTLE. Aged, dry oloroso sherry is enriched with 25% Pedro Ximenez which is then aged again in its own solera. The resulting sherry is rich, rounded and opulent with well balanced sweetness. The palate is packed full of raisins, figs, candied orange peel and christmas spices, with a long, complex finish. Ideal with fruity desserts or with mature cheese.
