The Pinot Noir grapes, when immediately pressed following their arrival in the vat room, create this Sancerre rosé with its light, bright salmony colour.
A slow, low temperature fermentation ensures that the fresh aromas of small red berries and citrus and the fine floral notes are preserved.
Freshness, fruitiness and smoothness best describe this wine on the palate. These qualities make our wine a particularly good match with starters, grills and ethnic foods.

Producer Details
The Reverdys are cousins of the Dezats and the domaine is now run by Romain Reverdy, a contemporary of Firmin Dezat. In recent years, they have been awarded by the Guide Hachette 7 ‘Coups de Coeur’ for their Rosé. It comes from press juice of Pinot Noir planted on ‘Terre Blanche’, chalk and clay.
