Sweetheart Sauvignon - 50cl, Oliver Zeter
Description
50cl BOTTLE. A total of seven vineyards in southern Palatinate and Mittelhaardt are planted with seven different Sauvignon Blanc clones. SWEETHEART is a bold sweet wine from the late harvested and very ripe Sauvignon Blanc grapes – they fermented spontaneously before they were exposed to the cold January “open air”. The wine is fruity, exotic and spicy with a refined acidity and fruit sweetness. It’s suitable as an aperitif or with fruit desserts. The blissful drinking bear on the front label with nearly human features was drawn in 1933 by a famous Palatine painter as a tribute to Oliver Zeter’s great-grandfather Walter Baer.
